1. Information we collect
For student requirements, we collect details such as name, mobile number, subject, class or level, locality, preferred mode, budget and requirement notes. If a student creates an account, we also store the account email and name.
For tutors, we collect account details, profile details, teaching subjects, levels, location, experience, education, languages, fee ranges, teaching modes and wallet activity.
2. How we use information
We use student requirement information to review the enquiry, show non-contact requirement details to approved tutors, count tutor interest and let students manage requirement status from their dashboard.
We use tutor information to review tutor accounts, publish approved public profile details, manage wallet balance, record enquiry purchases and support admin operations.
3. Contact-detail privacy
Student phone numbers and email addresses are stored separately from public enquiry details. Tutors see student contact details only after purchasing an approved enquiry with wallet balance.
Tutor phone numbers and email addresses are not displayed on public tutor profile pages. Public tutor profiles show only approved profile content such as name, headline, subjects, experience, location and fee guidance.
4. Wallet, UPI and audit records
Manual wallet top-ups use a reference code and admin review. We store top-up request status, amount, reference code, UPI transaction reference entered by admin and related ledger records. Payment screenshots are not stored in the app at launch.
5. Security and spam protection
TS Aspirants uses account authentication, private route protection, Cloudflare Turnstile checks, throttling and admin review to reduce spam and unauthorized access. Admin areas require separate Cloudflare Access protection and an application-level admin role.
6. Data removal and updates
Students can remove their own listings from the dashboard. Tutors can update their profile draft and submit it for review. Operational audit and wallet ledger records are retained to keep financial and moderation history consistent.
7. Questions
For privacy questions, use the correct account route or contact flow so the request can be tied to the right student requirement or tutor account.
