1. Marketplace role
TS Aspirants is an introduction marketplace. Students or parents post tutoring requirements, administrators review them, and approved tutors may choose to pay the lead price to reveal contact details.
TS Aspirants does not guarantee marks, ranks, admission outcomes, teaching quality, availability, suitability or that a student and tutor will agree to continue after the introduction.
2. Student and parent responsibilities
Students and parents must submit accurate requirement details, including subject, class or level, locality, preferred mode and budget. Abusive, fraudulent, duplicate or incomplete requirements may be rejected, paused, closed or removed.
Students can manage listing status from the dashboard where an account-linked requirement exists.
3. Tutor responsibilities
Tutors must provide accurate account and profile information, keep profile claims truthful and avoid unsupported promises about results. Tutor accounts may require admin review before purchasing access to enquiries.
Published tutor profiles may be rejected, unpublished, suspended or removed if information is misleading, unsafe, inappropriate or inconsistent with the marketplace model.
4. Wallet balance and enquiry purchases
Tutors use wallet balance to purchase approved enquiries. A purchase reveals contact details for that enquiry to the purchasing tutor account. The displayed lead price applies at the time of purchase and does not rewrite past purchase history.
Manual top-ups are reviewed by admin using the TS Aspirants reference code and UPI transaction reference. Wallet balances cannot be edited directly outside the ledger-backed process.
5. Contact details and communication
Student contact details must be used only for the purchased tutoring enquiry. Tutor public phone and email details are not published by TS Aspirants at launch.
6. Reviews, messaging and payments outside launch scope
In-app messaging, public reviews, proposals, OTP login and automated payment gateways are not launch features. Any tuition fee agreement between student and tutor happens outside the TS Aspirants wallet.
7. Account restrictions
TS Aspirants may restrict, suspend or remove accounts that misuse contact details, submit false information, attempt to bypass review, create spam, or interfere with marketplace operations.
8. Changes
These terms may change as the service grows. Continued use of the website after updates means the updated terms apply.
